A wedding workshop at High Rocks -- outtakes

In my last post I showed you 20 pictures from a wedding workshop arranged by the wonderful Hannah May for young and creative photographers based in the SE of England. Part of that experience (aside from, obviously, shooting pictures in a wedding flavour) was networking and getting to know my peers. I had a great time doing just that, with some lovely and friendly people. Here are a few outtakes from the day, showing that wedding photographers have a sense of humour as well as awesome artistic and technical skills.

We started off in the rain, and some were more prepared than others...

Photographer Nichola was our "bride", but couldn't resist getting a few snaps herself.

But she was great at the other end of the camera too:-

Maybe this is what prompted Tom, Laura and Marianne to get in on the act.

Finally we got down to business, photographing everything and anything. This was a common view...

And of course, we made sure the bride was happy with everything along the way.

Once our models tired, our entertainment for the remainder day was of the four-legged variety. A puppy with boundless energy.

And then, feeling satisfied with ourselves and full of pizza, we all rushed home to work on our selective colourisations... Ah, what a great day.
